A Dive into Superstore's Data

This report used Tableau to create visualizations of a superstore chain's sales data in order to provide them with a better understanding of their data while providing recommendations to improve their sales practice.

Pepsi's Mistake

This research report analyzed consumers' sentiment to an ad campaign ran by Pepsi Co. This report used Google Collab and PowerBI to mine YouTube comments in order to provide data visuals in the likes of a Word Cloud, Sentiment Analysis, Polarity Sentiment Analysis, and Subjectivity Analysis. I used the data to provide practical recommendations on how to rectify the situation as well as recommendations for future campaigns.

Impacts on Customer Satisfaction

This video exemplifies the use of SmartPLSS to test a hypothesis on the impact of Company Image, Perceived Quality, and Perceived value on Customer Satisfaction. The data used for this analyzation was from the European Consumer Satisfaction Index. Feel free to click on the image to be taken to a YouTube video of the analysis.
