Mithun Maheswaran

I am currently in my fourth year of a BBA degree with Trent University as an honour student. I have years of experience in high end retail through my work with Saks OFF Fifth and Moose Knuckles Canada where I assessed customers' needs and wants to find the correct product for them. I have experience with Facebook and Google Ads from work done with small e-commerce businesses and using key words to optimize search engines. My BBA studies serve me with knowledge in Marketing, Accounting, and Finance. My work experience has given me skills to solve customer disputes and build strong relations to ensure returning customers through encouraging customer loyalty programs, while learning behind the scenes aspects of businesses through shipping and receiving experience. I also have experience in designing and setting up sales floor layouts and end-cap optimization. While customer relations is my strong suit, my expertise and work ethic allows for me to be a strong asset for companies in need of people to cover financial aspects of their business, including budgeting and allocating revenues, and creating and implementing business strategies to take companies and individuals to their next step.
